Recognition of Dactylemes of Ukrainian Sign Language Based on the Geometric Characteristics of Hand Contours Defects

In this paper the detailed classification of dactylemes of Ukrainian sign language, approaches to obtaining effective attribute vectors based on the geometrical characteristics of dactylemes, recognition algorithm based on narrowing the set of possible solutions are considered. The results of testing of the implemented system of recognition of the dactylemes of the Ukrainian sign language are presented.
