Colorectal Cancer and Polyglucosamine: state of art

摘要

A brief analysis of the colorectal cancer (CRC) development in the world was conducted, followed by the description of the most known causes of the disease and the possible remedies.A tentative prevention can be suggested using polyglucosamine (PG LI 12) which mechanistically has some characteristics that can counteract the development of the disease.
