摘要

The Mannich reaction of carboxyl α-H of Poly(propernoic acid)was studied and character- Ized by ~1H-NMR(Hydrogen Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy), ~13C-NMR(Carbon Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy), IR (Infra-red spectroscopy), Thermal Analysis(TGA- Thermogravimetric Analysis, DSC(Differential Scanning Calorimetry), and X-ray Diffraction Analysis. According to the Mannich reaction a Selective filling amphoteric tanning agent(SAT) Was synthesized and used in the retanning of the Pigskin garment leather.
