摘要

Lotus-type porous SiOCN ceramic was fabricated at 1000℃ by pyrolysis of lotus-type SiOCN polymer perform which was synthesized by undirectional solidification from a polymethyl-hydrogensiloxane-allylamine mixture. Directional elongated cylindrical pores homogeneously distributed in the porous cermaic. The lotus-type porous SiOCN ceramic was thermal stable in argon and air atmosphere up to 1500℃ and exhibited superior mechanical properties.
