摘要

The phase transition in ferroelectric vinylidene fluoride/triflioroethylene (P[VDF/TrFE]) copolymer single crystals is analyzed within the Landau theory. Interesting features intrinsic to the hexagonal-orthorhombic transition in P[VDF/TrFE] are clarified. It is possible that polymer materials based on P[VDF/TrFE] with a very high electromechanical coupling constant are obtainable.
