摘要

A wide-angle and wideband visible (vis) antireflection (AR) coating with ttie incident angles ranging from 0-50° was designed for a flexible poly(ether sulfone) (PES) substrate, based on a scanning search method, and then this wide-angular vis AR coating was fabricated by the ion-assisted deposition technique. It was found that not only the wide-angular vis AR performance in the designed range was acceptable, but also its vis reflectance for incident angles beyond the designed range was reduced to lower than that of the uncoated substrate, revealing an omnidirectional wideband vis antireflective effect.
