Durability and Seismic Resistance of an Aged Precast Prestressed Concrete Building (Part 2: Seismic Evaluation)

Seismic capacities of the former Nandan Town Hallrnbuilding was evaluated based on the inspections and materialrntest results mentioned in the accompanying paper Part 1.rnFrom the results, prestressed beams direction showed largerrncapacity than longitudinal direction, because of shear walls.rnFor instance, 2nd story showed the lowest capacity indexrn(0.35) in the longitudinal direction.
