José Villagrán’s notion of “hygienic form” in the Mexican modern architecture

Through this study, we conclude that, with the notion ofrn"hygienic form", Villagrán sought to introduce plastic purity tornmodern Mexican architecture. In his creative process, hernconsidered the materials from their aesthetic nature, as well as,rnthe inclusion of the natural conditions that surrounded andrndetermined the architectural composition of the work. Villagránrntried to obtain as a result simple forms but with a great aestheticrnquality.
