DOCOMO Develops LTE-compatible Multi-Band Indoor Base Station and Antenna

NTT DOCOMO, INC., a personalized mobile solutions provider for smarter living, announced it has developed an indoor multi-band base station and antenna that are newly compatible with the 1.5 and 1.7 GHz frequency bands for extra-high-speed LTE network service offering a maximum downlink of 150 Mbps, in addition to the conventionally supported 2 GHz band. Installations of the new base station and antenna for commercial service are beginning immediately.
