KDDI expands global access for U.S. customers through South East-Asia Japan Cable

KDDI, the parent company of Telehouse, its U.S. provider of data centers, international Internet exchanges and managed IT services, announced it has begun operation on the optical submarine cable, South East-Asia Japan Cable (SJC), in order to meet its large capacity communication needs. Japan is at the hub connecting the shortest route between Singapore and other Southeast Asian data centers to the U.S. west coast. This initiative will provide greater global connectivity for U.S. based customers.
