The course of Russia's controversial Bulava submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) programme continues to change, with the latest reports in the Russian press stating that the renewal of flight-testing, originally scheduled for November, is to be brought forward to September, writes David Clsby.rnThe State Commission that was established to oversee the Bulava programme is reported to have met on 9 August to authorise the accelerated test schedule.
