For many years a degree of smoke and mirrors hid the fact that there were only very small numbers of CTA International's (CTAI's) - a joint venture between Nexter Systems and BAE Systems - Cased Telescoped Cannon and Ammunition (CTCA) gun systems available for trials and testing.
