New sighting system for BM-21 rocket launcher

Artillery elements of the Ukrainian Armed Force's 24th Mechanised Brigade have undertaken trials with a new sighting system for the BM-21 multiple rocket launcher system. The three-week trial commenced at the end of January and was held at the 233rd Rovne All-Services Proving Ground. The new digital sighting system is designated EGP-01BM and was developed by Kiev-based Ukrainian Defense Consulting (UDC) for the Ukrainian Armed Forces Model 2017 project; a new computerised universal battery level fire direction systems (UBLFDS) was also used during the trials.
