The first webinar was "Making the most of LinkedIn", Luke Stanbridge and Chris Gethins from Z-Tech discussed the importance of this tool as an introduction to you and your network. The attendees got a fantastic view of Linked from an individual and a recruiter perspective. Some top tips for beginners were around skills and endorsements, think about what skills you have and what skills you need for your next role. Remember to include 10 years of experience plus your highest level of education. To engage followers, you should post once or twice a week and an insider tip - try to do this outside of business hours!
