Lorries powered purely by electricity aren't common yet in heavy goods transport operations. Now Gruber Logistics has teamed up with the company Framo to help promote emissions-free transportation by testing a lorry retrofitted for e-power Gruber will deploy the unit from its Kreuztal logistics centre in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The pilot project started in June and is expected to contribute to making electro-mobility market-ready for heavy goods transportation.
