Grimaldi Crew Welfare Team: We Care!

Ensuring an adequate degree of physi-cal and emotional well-being for its seafarers is an essential aim of the Grimaldi Group. In this context, this summer a crew survey was conducted with the priority objective of assessing its staff members' perception of the work environment on board, as well as identifying its strengths for consolidation and areas of weakness where intervention is needed to attain an improvement in crew members' overall appraisal of the shipboard experience.
