The wind energy sector has to continue to develop if it doesn't want to go under. To this end it has to ensure that the overland and waterway transportation of components to production plants and windmill sites also advances adequately to cater to the needs of the industry. Offshore wind energy production is considered an up-and-coming industry in the USA that has also received a fresh gust of wind in its sails through today's global focus on the climate crisis. Thus a collaboration agreement between Bernhard Schulte Offshore (BSO) and MidOcean Wind (MOW) is set to be intensified; it was originally set up in 2018 when a joint point of contact for offshore wind customers in den USA was established.
