Swiss Post's Postlogistics division (CEP services and freight logistics) has become an outsourcing partner in Switzerland for the globally active consumer goods and household product manufacturer Procter & Gamble. There are many ways of outsourcing logistics services. All of them have one thing in common: they want to close ranks to improve business. That is also the snag. Any potential gain in efficiency can only be achieved through team spirit and mutual trust.
