Port railway links to be improved

Ana Paula Vitorino, Portugal's state secretary for transport, has said that the Portuguese government is studying plans to ease port access by rail through 《positive discrimination》, which should increase rail's share of transportation services to and from the ports. The measures being looked at include financial support as well as physical steps, and all of the country's ports will benefit from the proposals.
