The French shipping company CMA CGM has announced that it is to establish a steering committee which has to table measures that will guarantee the group's short and medium-term financial requirements, strengthen its financial structure and secure its future development. Representatives of French, European and international banks, as well as major Asian and South Korean players will form the committee.
