New Hapag-Lloyd container barge service in China

The Hamburg-based container shipping line Hapag-Lloyd has launched a new scheduled inland barge container link between the Chinese p,ort of Taicang on the Yangtze and Yangshan and Waigao-qiao terminals in Shanghai. The new service will be offered together with Jiangsu Uniwell Logistics, Hapag-Lloyd's booking agent in Taicang. Jiangsu Uniwell Logistics operates several feeder services, deploying its five 1,400 teu containerships to this end.
