Greats events cast long shadows. The world is watching the US presidential campaign - which will culminate in the vote on 6 November - with bated breath. One month earlier the logistics industry's movers and shakers will also focus on the USA. The ITJ has once again produced an extensive special supplement for the Breakbulk Americas trade fair, which is taking place in Houston from 8 to 11 October. At the same time the world's freight forwarders will meet in Los Angeles for the annual Fiata Congress, whilst Tiaca's Air Cargo Forum - staged in Atlanta this year - will already have opened and closed again by that time.
