This is the ITJ's third invitation to Fiata's president to present the expectations of the forwarding and logistics industry for the new year. From an internal perspective Fiata is healthy, many new members joining every week; we are busy with a debate that is supposed to shape Fiata's future, which I consider a clear symptom of vitality. There are significant signs of development in Fiata, we have launched the Fiata Logistics Academy and the cooperation with the World Bank on the LPI is right now in full swing. I recommend reading the Fiata yearly report on our website, focussing on our numerous and successful initiatives. For those who wish to join Fiata, now our website offers the Automated Membership Management System, which we launched at the end of 2015 and works as a one stop shop for new entrants. Our World Congress in Taipei was a healthy success and numbers were encouraging; a significant delegation from Mainland China also contributed to making this opportunity a good moment for cross-strait trade.
