摘要

Due to the fact that lighting consumes considerable energies in the city,more and more cities around the world are equipping their streets and private areas with solar street lights in urban areas as well as in rural areas in order to minimize the cost of the electricity bill In addition,some countries in the world are beginning to equip their lighting poles by solar street lamps with integrated sensors o f motion detections,this option will procure us an intelligent lighting in the city and as needed,the lamps can be switched on/off/dimming intelligently according to the number of passengers under the lamps in the streets.The aim of this article is to make studies and comparisons between the existing classical lighting model using solar street lamps with integrated sensors of motion detections,and the proposed mathematical models of street lighting systems and OFDM techniques when pedestrian or vehicles detections are occurred with a multiple speed values.The aim of the proposed lighting model is to illuminate intelligently,by using the proposed strategies o f voltage command of lighting,while reducing power lighting consumption for a smart lighting and so,contributing to have a smart city.
