Texas Central awards design-build contract to Salini Impregilo

TEXAS Central Railway has awarded a contract to Salini Impregilo and its subsidiary Lane Construction Corporation to design and construct the planned 390km high-speed line linking Houston with Dallas. The contract includes the design and construction of the viaduct and embankment sections along the entire route, installation of track and construction of all maintenance and rail system buildings.
