USA-based SEACON Advanced Products reports its Field Service and Support Department has established its first global Maintenance Service Agreement with one of its largest customers and is negotiating with other customers in order to provide rapid response for maintenance to crucial offshore connector systems. "This department continues to grow to meet ever increasing demands by investing in additional stock levels and certifying new service technicians, now bringing the group's on-site service personnel to a total of 18 and still growing," said SEACON. "These highly trained technicians, qualified to perform new installations, connector repairs, armour and Kevlar terminations of umbilicals and moulding breakout assemblies, are available to provide an immediate and professional response to any service requirement in any location across the globe."
