UK-based Hydrosphere reports it has supervised the successful build of four high visibility navigation buoys which were supplied to Belfast Harbour in Northern Ireland to mark the deepwater approach to the main channel. Hydrosphere said it recommended and supplied four Mobilis, France, JET 7000 buoys, complete with synchronised Vega, New Zealand, VLB-36 navigation lights, as the best solution for the job. Jeff Gibson, sales director for Hydrosphere, said: "The JET 7000 can reach a focal plane of up to six metres so is particularly suited for offshore locations where high visibility is a must.
