The Tactical Tomahawk is a Navy cruise missile weapon system with a long-range conventional warhead system, which is sized to fit torpedo tubes and capable of being deployed from a variety of surface ship and submarine platforms. The Tactical Tomahawk, also referred to as Block IV, incorporates an active electronically scanned array, millimeter-wave seeker, which provides target acquisition and homing; and a passive electronic surveillance system is for long-range acquisition and identification.
