A Study on Impact of Different Capital Sources on the Economy in China

摘要

Among the literature on the impact of different capital sources on economy, most of them focus on one capital source or study this impact from a perspective of factors of production. Therefore, we plan to classify those capital factors according to their sources and study empirically the specific impact of different capital sources on our country's economic development. The results suggest that the linear relationships between self-financing and other investments are the most significant in terms of contribution to GDP. Of the GDP of the entire China, the national investment's contribution to GDP is positive while domestic loan's contribution to GDP is negative.
