In the present study, contents of PAH and fullerene in soot obtained from premixed flames of toluene and oxygen surrounded with premixed flame of methane and oxygen under various flow rates of the center flame and the outer flame were analyzed through gas and liquid chromatography. With the increase of the center flame flow rate of toluene and oxygen, increase of soot yield and decrease of PAH content were observed although there was an optimal flow rate of the center flame for fullerene content. With the increase of the outer flame flow rate of methane and oxygen, there were not so large differences in soot yield and fullerene content when the outer flame flow rate was less than 5.2 m/s. When flow rate of the center flame and the outer flame were relatively high, increase of soot yield and decrease of fullerene content were observed under the present experimental conditions.
