摘要

This issue includes a broad retail flavour with four distinctly different topics. The submissions include an evaluation of processes that have been made in retail environments which have been shown to vary between groups, particularly between men and women, the development of an holistic operations planning framework for grocery retailing, a conceptual paper based in service innovation and services marketing that adopts an internal perspective of the new service development, and an evaluation of the effect of cost related factors on relationship quality in the retail industry.
