摘要

On reflection … When reading the papers for IJPPM, it may seem that performance measurement and management is a complicated subject - we have a variety of papers, across a range of sectors, using a variety of methods, all claiming that particular variables or factors are the key elements to be considered. Our personal viewpoint on most issues is that there is usually an underlying simplicity to perceived complexity - we just need to look, analyse, think and reflect on what we read and observe until the underlying patterns start to emerge.
