摘要

As new multicultural employees are continuously being added to companies, their management becomes an underlying issue. This article investigates how to manage the varied workforce and ensure that operational excellence is maintained successfully in the organizations. However, the main problem that keeps managers or organizations' owners from applying is the difficulty of managing employees from different cultures. The result of the survey shows that operational excellence can be achieved if a number of factors are considered. Also, employee's culture defines how he/she works in a firm and a good manager will know how to use the employees 'positive aspects to develop the organization.
