摘要

The dynamic analysis and vibration control of boring bar system with magnetorheological fluid control are investigated. The single-degree-of-freedom nonlinear dynamic model of boring bar is established, where the damping force of magnetorheological fluid is described by the fractional-order derivative Bingham model. The primary resonance response of the system is studied, and the approximate analytical solution is obtained by the averaging method. The accuracy of the approximate analytical solution is verified by comparing the amplitude-frequency response of the numerical solution with that of the analytical solution. In order to obtain better vibration control effect, the semi-active on-off control strategy is used to suppress the primary resonance response of the system. Under the control of semi-active on-off, the steady-state approximate analytical solution of the primary resonance response of the system is also obtained. Compared with the magnetorheological fluid under passive control, the advantages of semi-active on-off control for boring bar system are presented. The control effect of semi-active control strategy on the amplitude-frequency response and chatter suppression of system is analyzed in detail. The results can provide a reference for the study of dynamics and vibration control of the systems with magnetorheological fluid control.
