Boosting EMR Productivity with Optical Preservation

In an effort to modernize the current healthcare system, improve patient care and reduce soaring medical costs, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems have emerged as the cornerstone to fulfilling the health IT model mandated by the American Recovery and Re-investment Act (ARRA). EMR has been the first step in enabling effective data capture, utilizing data mining capabilities to convert that data into useful information; and ultimately, to provide standardized reporting and information sharing.
