摘要

This paper studies the springback behaviors of panel forming productions using multi-point stretch forming technique. Various possible influencing factors on the springback effect were analyzed. Finite element simulations were carried out by using a commercial finite element code SAMCEF/MECANO. Special concern was placed on the prediction and prevention of the springback effects in the stretch forming process for the production of aeronautical panels, where the springback becomes an important issue due to high precision requirements, and the use of aluminum alloy materials of high strength/low elastic modulus.
