摘要

Welcome to the last issue of 2011.1 would like to thank to all those who contributed to a successful 2011. We have eight research papers, a technical note and four book reviews in this issue. The field of technology and innovation lost one of its leaders. Steve Jobs, Apple cofounder died very recently. His innovative personality changed our lives. We have seen conversions of technologies, balance of end user needs and product features, and integration of products and services through his innovations. He has demonstrated us how we can enable technological innovations by thinking through multiple perspectives. I would like to dedicate this issue to him.
