Innovative Internet services and bio-inspired technologies in information management

Topics of information management are now gaining a completely new significance and are connected not only with scientific disciplines which used to be associated with their development and application (like economics or management theory), but also with new fields of science as well as many new areas of practical application and advanced technologies of communications between computer systems and humans. The numerous new areas of practical application of knowledge related to information management include the intelligent processing of collected information with a view to determining its semantics (analysing text ontologies or understanding the semantics of image data), hiding or transferring strategic information, using information to control advanced systems in robotics, computer science and military applications.
