Small pumped-storage plants and their role in the Czech grid

摘要

The results obtained from the research described here have proved that small pumped-storage plants could contribute significantly to solving problems of using intermittent renewable energy sources, with so called 'territorial functional connections'. But this is on the basis of installing a significant number of units to obtain capacities of several tens of megawatts in 'fic-tituous blocks'.
