RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FOR HOUSING INDUSTRIALIZATION IN CHINA

摘要

In order to improve the performance, quality and labor productivity of housing, housing in China should be by way of industrialization in the current period of equal importance between quantity and quality. By exploring the current situation of science and technology in housing, the problems in technological Research & Development (R&D), which is the basis of housing development, are analyzed in this paper. Moreover, vista and fields of R&D are discussed. Then the purpose and countermeasures of housing industry are put forward. The results will direct the development of R&D for housing industry in China.
