New Changes of Basic Economic Characteristics of Modern Monopoly Capitalism Based on Fuzzy System

With the rise of the third scientific and technological revolution, the productive forces of capitalism have been greatly developed, and some new changes have appeared in the basic economic characteristics of contemporary monopoly capitalism. How to predict the basic economy of capitalism more effectively and accurately, thus to summarize the characteristics of new changes, has become a hot spot in the field of economic research. Based on the fuzzy system of modern intelligent algorithm, this paper analyzes the basic economic characteristics of modern monopoly capitalism and explores the essence of its new changes. Firstly, this paper establishes a type-II fuzzy logic system according to the modeling rules, optimizes the parameters of the front and the back of the fuzzy logic system based on the bacterial foraging algorithm, and tests the functions of the optimized type-II fuzzy logic system using Mackey-Glass chaotic time series. Then the nearest-neighbor clustering method in this system is used to cluster a group of economic data, and the clustering effect of nearest-neighbor clustering method in this system is measured. Finally, in order to test the predictive ability of the type-II fuzzy logic system proposed in this study, the investment evaluation of the products of a group is carried out. Experimental results show that the optimized type-2 fuzzy logic system still has only small prediction errors in noisy environments. After clustering with nearest-neighbor clustering method, two very obvious categories are obtained. It can be said that the classification effect is also very ideal. In the actual forecast of a certain group's products, the comprehensive similarity of product D is the largest, which is 0.936. Therefore, it shows that the type-two fuzzy logic system created in this study can effectively analyze the new changes in the basic economic characteristics of contemporary monopoly capitalism, and the changes are essentially the further development of capitalist economic laws.
