Bandwidth behaviour of negative-feedback Amplifiers with dominant-pole compensation

This tutorial paper examines the bandwidth behaviour of dominant-pole-compen- sated feedback amplifiers in a format suitable for most undergraduate analogue lecture courses and shos that gain-bandwidth independence is a available for many combinations of amplifier and feedback configurations. Two examples centered on a voltage amplifier and a photodiode transim- pedance amplifier are included.
