摘要

The second international Conference on Water & Society took place in the New Forest, home of the Wessex Institute of Technology, the organisers of the meeting. The Conference which follows the success of the first meeting held in Las Vegas, provides a multidisciplinary focus for the presentation and discussion of many issues affecting water resources management and technologies.
