Multi-Skill Manpower Constrained Project Scheduling Problem suggested with alternative Activity Chains for gas compressor station commissioning and Start-up project to select one alternative activity chain from each alternative set, schedule selected activities, and allocating multi-skill manpower to these activities. Li's two-phase approach is used to convert the model into crisp single objective problem. Also, a meta-heuristic based on the Genetic Algorithm is developed for a large scale. Results derived from the solved model reply efficiently employer's objectives and employees' preferences based on minimum delay in project completion time and minimum deviation of working days determined at the beginning of planning.
