摘要

The relaxation properties of cast poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) films have been studed by dielectric spectroscopy. Conventional PMMA was disolved in various solvents (chloroform, toluene, tetrahydrofuran and acetone) and the solutions obtained were cast on a substrate. The influence of the nature of the solvent on the relaxation temperatures of PMMA solid films was studied by dielectric spectroscopy. The variation of the loss factor, tan δ, with temperature was analysed.
