Caisse des depots et consignations (cdc) is planning its first Samurai bond offering, looking to take advantage of a robust yen market. The Aa1/AA/AA+ French government-owned issuer is examining the possibility of selling a multi-tranche security with five-, 5.5-, seven- and 10-year fixed-rate tenors. Marketing could kick off as early as this week, with the deal expected to price on July 23.
