Asia's biggest market for high-yield bonds is poised to reopen after a rebound in sentiment towards China's property sector. Cash-strapped developers including redco properties group are lining up overseas financings as investors bet that China will avoid a potential devastating slump in property prices even as its economy cools. Redco, which listed in Hong Kong less than si months ago, is meeting offshore investors this week for a potential maiden offering as it looks to become the first Chinese property company to sell high-yield bonds in more than a month. Future land development is also said to be eyeing a return to the market after obtaining its first Moody's credit rating late last month. Bankers say more Chinese developers are looking to take advantage of market conditions that have improved since regulators eased credi conditions last month.
