Gulf keystone petroleum, a London-listed oil and gas company with operations in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, has begun investor meetings via Deutsche Bank and Pareto Securities ahead of a potential bond sale. The company is looking to raise up to US$250m through the sale of three-year notes, which will be issued in the 144A/Reg S format.
