Intermediate capital group's new CLO was increased and priced via sole lead Deutsche Bank to €435m from €360m to become the largest deal of the year so far - only just though, as Harvest CLO Ⅷ was €425m and Jubilee CLO 2014-X1 €413.5m. Four deals have now printed for just under €1.65bn, when Carlyle's trade is taken into account. In a refreshingly transparent process, there was full disclosure in terms of coupons, margins and issue prices. Some banks have not disclosed prices on their deals, which market participants attribute to variable pricing tactics.
