Credit suisse priced what is likely to be the Samurai market's last deal of the year, amassing ¥55.5bn (US$457m) through four tranches that included a rare 15-year. The operating company-level notes -issued in the name of Credit Suisse AG - had to compete with a jumbo ¥250bn domestic deal from rare issuer Fast Retailing, leaving the Swiss lender with a more modest size across three, five, 10 and 15 years. The deal attracted over ¥50bn of demand, with most of the attention focused on the three and five-year tenors. The lead managers dropped a seven-year fixed and three and five-year floaters due to limited appetite.
